Made in West Germany, condition. Seasoned maple
wood with nature grain. Dark mahogany finish
has some worn and dents but consist with the age. Silver/nickel plating just polished,
averall in good condition. Recently
overhauled, bores well oiled, all new pads, corks and
springs have been replaced as needed. This
bassoon plays beautiful lyric sound with even tone,
good
intonation, easily plays up to high E.
Standard German (Heckel) keyword includes whisper key, body lock
and four rollers. No cracks on wood body.
